Q- How close are you to Disneyland ® Resort?
A- We are 1000 feet from the park, it’s a one mile walk and we provide a shuttle.
Q- How often does the shuttle run?
A- It runs every 20 minutes. The Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) runs on alternative fuel which is a clean, comfortable, safe and easy way to access Disneyland® Park, Disney's California Adventure® Park, Downtown Disney® District, the Anaheim Convention Center, restaurants and shops around The Anaheim Resort™ area.
Q- What are your rates?
A- Our rates are per night for 2 persons. Standard Back In is $45. Deluxe Back In is $55. Premium Pull-Thrus are $65. There is a charge of $2 for each additional person, plus tax. Kids 3 yrs. and older are counted. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Q- Do you offer any discounts?
A- No. Only our weekly rate is discounted.
Q- Do you offer a weekly rate?
A- We offer a 10% discount on 7 nights or more.
Q- Do you have restrooms and showers?
A- Our restrooms and showers are located throughout the park so they are close to all sites.
Q- Do you have laundry facilities?
A- Yes, we have three laundry rooms with multiple washers and dryers as well as soap vending machines.
Q- How far away is Universal Studios?
A- About 25 miles. We have tours leaving daily from the park to Hollywood and Universal. We can also show you how to get a shuttle or provide directions.
Q- How close is the beach?
A- We are just 12 miles from the beach and we are happy to show you how to drive and where to park or how to take the local bus.
Q- Do you have cable TV?
A- Yes, all sites have full hookups including cable TV and 50 amp electric service.
Q- Do you have a pool?
A- Yes, our pool and Jacuzzi are heated all year.
Q- Are your sites large enough for slide outs?
A- Yes, sites are reserved from the information you give to us so accommodations are adequate for your specific needs.
Q- What is Your Change or Cancellation Policy?
A- Notice of changes or cancellation of reservations must be received in our office no less than 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. Failure to notify our office timely will result in a $115 service charge.
